Payment Terms: Secure Your Event with Ease At Zanadu Studios, we understand the importance of flexibility and transparency when it comes to planning your special event. To make the process seamless for you, our payment terms are designed to provide peace of mind while ensuring your reservation is confirmed. Here are the details: 50% Deposit to Confirm Booking: Secure your desired date and venue by making a 50% deposit upon booking. This initial payment not only guarantees your reservation but also allows us to commence preparations to make your event exceptional. Payment Schedule: The remaining 50% of the total amount is due2 weeks before the event date. This provides you with ample time to manage your budget effectively while giving us the opportunity to finalize all the arrangements for your event. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. In the event of cancellation 100% of the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of booking. 50% of the deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the booking. The deposit is nonrefundable 30 days before the booking. Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy for further information. Additional Services: Any additional services requested during the planning process will be billed separately and are typically due two weeks before the event. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.
