Thank you for considering our La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel; our property just underwent a $5.5 million full renovation in November of 2018, meaning all furniture, fixtures, flooring, etc. were replaced and updated. Our hotel is ideally located only a 2-minute drive from Interstate-5 Exit 143/ 320th Street and a mere 1-minute drive from the Federal Way Commons Mall where you will find ample options for dining and shopping. The La Quinta Inn & Suites features 3 event spaces, our Rainier Room (Grand Ballroom), our Olympia Room (Mid-Sized Meeting Room) and our Cascade Room (Boardroom). Additionally, our hotel features an on-site restaurant that is open for dinner service and lunch catering options. All catering orders are available for a minimum of 10 people and must be confirmed and finalized a week in advance. Currently, boxed lunches with a choice of a variety of hearty salads or sandwiches are being offered and at this time no buffet options are available, in light of Covid-19 health precautions. At this time, we are offering stellar discounted all-day event pricing for all of our spaces! The following items are provided for each event, at no additional charge: -on-site parking -high-speed Wi-Fi -2 water bottles per attendee -use of our AV equipment Lastly, below are our standard terms for your review. ______________________________________ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ***CANCELLATION POLICY*** -In light of offering flexibility, we are now providing a 3-day free cancellation without penalty. Should an event cancel within less than a 3-day notice, the event will be charged 50% of the daily rental fee. -Full payment is due 3 days prior to the event date. ______________________________________ ***COVID-19 GUIDELINES*** Lastly, we know that, like hotels, meeting facilitators are concerned with the safety of their event attendees and so we ask that meeting facilitators assist us in ensuring meeting participants and employee safety by following the below requirements and recommendations. ***MEETING ROOM REQUIREMENTS**** - all guests must wear a face mask at all times while on the property with the only exception of being able to remove masks when sitting at their assigned table, spaced 6 feet from others or when eating. - if food and beverage are provided at the event, no buffet lines will be permitted, individually boxed/bagged food items only. - Meeting facilitators responsible for ensuring that the above requirements are being enforced to ensure everyone's safety. ***RECOMMENDATIONS*** - Please address the above requirements with attendees prior to the event. - If possible, we highly recommend providing hand sanitizers at entries and/or tables and sanitation wipes at each table. - We recommend, when possible, that doors for the event room are left open to allow air circulation. ______________________________________________ EXTRA INCENTIVES **** FREE MEETING ROOM RENTALS**** We offer free meeting room rentals for all events that have 10 or more room nights. (Ex: If you reserve 5 rooms for a 2-day stay <5 rooms x 2 days = 10 room nights>, you will receive 1 free day of the meeting room rental) **** DISCOUNTED ROOM RATES FOR SLEEPING ROOMS**** - We offer a 15% discount off our Best Available Rates that are published on our website. This is for our standard rooms and available to all event participants, regardless of the number of rooms needed. (Ex: If our published Best Available rate is at $94 + tax, your discount would be $79.90 + tax) **** EXTRA DISCOUNT FOR MEETING FACILITATOR ON ROOM RATES FOR SLEEPING ROOMS**** - We offer ONE 30% discount off our Best Available Rates that are published on our website. This is for the meeting facilitators use only. (Ex: If our published Best Available rate is at $94 + tax, your discount would be $65.80 + tax)
