Booking: To reserve our event space, you must contact us in advance to check availability and make a booking. A flat rate of $600 per night applies for event space rentals from 7 PM to 12 AM. b. Payment: Payment is due upon booking the event space. Additional charges may apply for optional add-ons and services. c. Cancellations: Event space reservations can be canceled with a full refund if done at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund. **3. Event Add-Ons and Services** a. Optional Services: We offer a range of optional add-ons and services, including catering, haircuts, chauffeur service, DJ, and servers. Prices for these services are provided upon request. b. Changes: You may request changes to add-ons and services up to 48 hours before your event. Changes made after this timeframe may be subject to additional fees. **4. Conduct and Safety** a. Respectful Behavior: We expect all customers and event attendees to behave respectfully towards our staff and other guests. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises. b.
