Aurora Pointe Activity Center is located on 280 acres of private, scenic land in Fairbanks, Alaska. The 2,400 square-foot facility was constructed in the summer of 2018 and is designed to host an array of special events. With a sleek interior design, and industrialized accents, Aurora Pointe is a perfect locale for weddings and receptions. The space is malleable to fit with any couples' tastes and can host up to 200 guests. Although a mere 15-minute drive from Downtown Fairbanks, the facility is perfectly isolated from others, creating a serene and private setting. The surrounding outdoor area is situated in rolling fields of farm land, nestled in hay fields that are outlined with Alaskan trees and plant-life. The horizon to the south sets a view of the Alaska Range including Mt. Denali, and the Tanana River Valley.
Aurora Pointe is the prime, private location for a unique ceremony, reception, meeting, or party. We have rentals available for Partial Day (5-6 hours) or a Full Day (12-13 hours). We can accommodate up to 200 guests in the facility and have ample room for parking.
Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The Aurora Pointe Activity Center has a non-refundable booking fee (deposit is applied towards balance.) Deposit due for a Partial Day rental is $250.00; the deposit due for a Full Day rental is $500.00 This fee is required upon reservation. It is non-refundable as this payment guarantees the date and time agreed upon, and ensures that no other reservations for said date and time are accepted. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 60 days before the event date. All payments are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the reservation date.
