This venue was created to bring back immersive interacting, vibrance & color to any party or gathering so you and your group feel comfortable & at ease when renting this cozy space!
You don’t have to worry about breaking $500 vases or if you spilled something or if your child colored on the wall or table! Everything can be changed out and cleaned!
We encourage art, & fun for all ages!
The Gathering Grove offers venue rental for $75 an hour you have full private access to the entire venue. It includes- full kitchen use, projector/screen, TVs, gaming consoles, board games, photo op room with pic printer & (picture print paper 108 prints additional $40), rage paint/art wall under our covered patio(paint & paper roll included in your hourly rate for an actors $40), bonfire pit, outdoor turf area, outdoor games, we have extra folding tables & chairs if you need them also. We have various LED light projectors, & stereo system with mic for karaoke. You can also hang party/event banners outside on one of our billboard signs.
We are currently running a holiday special offering big bags of candy, can soda(1 per guest) , s’mores kits (enough for 1 per person in your group), various snacks, & ice cream cups(1 per guest) for your whole party for an additional $50 (flat fee)
You do have to pay a $75 deposit a week before the date & a $50 cleaning/restocking fee is held from it the remaining will be applied towards your booking balance. We do charge a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel your booking.
