Included with Rental: • Use of the event space “as is” with the following furniture included: - 3 brown leather couches - 7’x7’ coffee table hand-made from reclaimed wood - 4 brown leather club chairs - 4 rustic wooden tables made from reclaimed wood (4’x8’) - 42 vineyard cross back chairs with seat cushion - Metal cocktail table with two bike pedal barstools - Large rustic wood and corrugated metal cart on castors • Additional use of 35-40 white wedding-style folding chairs upon request • Additional use of rustic, casual décor seen in the space (mason jars, candles, etc.) • Use of built-in bar area including sink • Use of built-in projector and projector screen (Client MUST come in prior for a test run prior to the event date) • Use of built-in large screen tv behind bar area • Use of built-in speaker system. Rental includes the space “as is” with furniture, tables and most décor. There is an additional $250 fee for furniture removal. Additional general liability insurance coverage may be required at the client's expense, typically a $200 expense. Earlier set up times can be requested but not guaranteed at a rate of $100 per additional hour.
