The Venue at Regal Resort is available for meetings during the week. The Venue is a great setting for any type of meeting. Your attendees will be able to look out over beautiful White Lake and enjoy a spacious meeting space. Tables and Chairs are included. The kitchen may be used for prep if you have a catered event.
The Venue at Regal Resort is the best place to have a family reunion or a class reunion. The cost is $2500 for one day. A huge space of 8,000 square feet! Right next to beautiful White Lake, NC. Plenty of parking. Swings for the kids. Swimming in the lake. Wonderful picture opportunities especially at sunset. Tables and chairs are included. A large kitchen is accessible for food set-up and the refrigerator is included. Food must be catered by a licensed, certified caterer. Exceptions if the event is a family reunion.
Having a small wedding with 60 or less people? The cost for an all-inclusive will be $4,500 for an outdoor wedding ceremony and the reception in The Breezeway room. The package includes tables and Chiavari chairs, white folding chairs for the outside ceremony, full service catering (food), the DJ, a condo for day use and the bride's dressing room. You will have a total of 12 hours based on the time of your wedding ceremony. Or, you can rent the Breezeway for $1,600 for 8 hours. This will include tables and white folding chairs and an outdoor wedding ceremony.

Option 1: All-inclusive package: Includes EVERYTHING - the reception, an outdoor wedding, full-service catering, DJ, decorating with tablecloths and centerpieces, draped ceiling, lighted sheers, up-lighting, one of our condos for one night, rehearsal time the day before the day of the wedding. For 100 people the cost is $7,500, for 125 the cost is $8,250, 150 people the cost is $9,000, for 200 people the cost will be $11,500. Option 2: We have a 2 day package for $3,500 for 100 to 200 people! You will have a choice of using silver Chiavari chairs or white folding chairs. You will have The Venue for 6 hours the day before the wedding. These hours are flexible but must end at 7 pm. You will have a total of 10 hours on the day of the wedding based on the time of the wedding ceremony. The event must end no later that 11 pm and all belongings have to be out of The Venue by midnight. Also included in this package is the bride's dressing room, a condo for day use only for the groom's dressing room, the wedding, either indoors or outdoors. If you choose to have an outdoor wedding next to beautiful White Lake, white folding chairs will be provided for your guests. This package also includes all clean-up. All you have to do is pack up all of your personal belongings and be out of The Venue by midnight. Option 3: One day package for $2,500 for 12 hours. The time frame will be based around the time of the wedding ceremony. This package includes white folding chairs or silver Chiavari chairs, the kitchen for prep, the industrial refrigerator, the bride's dressing room, one condo to be used during the day for the groom's dressing room, an outdoor wedding ceremony with white folding chairs. If you want to have the Rehearsal Dinner at The Venue the day before the wedding, the cost is $600 for three hours. We have a space called the Breezeway that is perfect for a rehearsal dinner. We have a large covered patio in the Courtyard as well. Also, we have four condos with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleep six people with a living room and kitchen! Just steps from The Venue. All food served must be prepared by a certified, licensed caterer. Alcohol is not included. A Special Use Permit must be acquired in order to serve your guests alcohol. No brown bagging is allowed.
