Supported Layouts and Capacities
I use Davinci Meeting and Conference Rooms all the time because I run a small business that sells to outside businesses with mostly traveling sales people. I do not keep enough office space to have all my staff come in and sit comfortably, so I use Davinci to secure large meeting space when the sales staff is having a meeting in town. They offer rooms starting at only twenty dollars an hour and they have locations on the west side of town on Remcon Circle by the post office and on the east side of town on George Dieter. I usually have my meetings on the east side because it's closer to the airport and easier for everyone to get to. I've never had a problem getting a booking time that I wanted and the staff there is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have tried a couple of other meeting facilities that are very close to the airport but the cost is prohibitive. Besides, the east side location only takes a couple minutes to get to from the airport and it is only two turns, so directions are very easy to give to people. From what I understand Davinci has locations in practically every major city in the US, so if you are reading this from someplace other than EL Paso, there is a very good chance that you can get Davinci rooms in your part of the country. Clean, economical and reliable, what else do you need?
