Custom Staffing is a different experience overall. From the moment our customer service team contacts you to the day after the event, we CARE. Our staff members are trained on each specific event with video or in-person training (depending on difficulty/magnitude of event). We use a GPS clock-in and clock-out system where our staff's time is tracked within feet of the physical event site ensuring the most accurate billing in the industry. We also go through a 3 interview process with all of our staff and hold each staff member accountable for their events with an "accountability deposit"*. We do realize emergencies happen, and have backup staff available and ready at a 1 backup per 1 staff member ratio.
