The Hamilton Event Center is the ideal venue for weddings, parties, and even corporate meetings. With gorgeous birch hardwood floors and mahogany Chiavari chairs, our space is designed to suit a wide range of design themes to truly showcase your special event.
Our intimately elegant venue is draped in silk fabric panels that hang from the 16-foot ceiling down the taupe walls. The beautiful and lightweight silk fabrics are accented with lights to match any party's theme from a bridal shower and wedding to a birthday party and 50th anniversary.
The Hamilton Event Center offers many different packages & options based on your needs from the smallest cake & punch shower, to an informal birthday party, to a full wedding & reception, as well as weekday corporate meeting options.
For the payments we break your total balance into 3 payments: the 1st is the deposit to book and hold the venue with the signed contract, 2nd payment is 1/2 way through along with a detail meeting to discuss colors, decor and vendors, the final payment is 2 weeks prior to the event and we discuss any changes. If time doesn’t allow for 3 payments we can do 2 payments or a single full payment. We accept credit cards, cash, cash app and checks. All payments are non-refundable.
