Typically, our Wedding Coordination fees vary by location, venue and number of guests. Our rates start at $1,200 and increase from there depending on the service provided.
Services may include:
- Initial consultation (to understand your vision + expectations)
- Timeline creation + management
- Vendor confirmation + coordination (1–2 weeks before)
- Venue walk-through (as needed)
- 1-hour rehearsal coordination
- Full wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours on-site)
- Cueing of ceremony + reception events
- Problem-solving ninja (so you don’t have to lift a finger)
Add-ons available: assistant coordinator, extended hours, or teardown support.

Cancellation Policy:
Our contract details our cancellation policy; however, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need a refund for a canceled event, it’s best to contact your planner immediately to discuss your options, especially before any additional services or products are ordered.
Deposit/Payments:
Depending on the event, a 25% retainer is usually required upon signing the contract to secure your date. The remaining balance will be divided into installments based on the package and services you select, with the final payment due before the event day. We accept payments through our online system using a credit card or bank authorization. Additionally, we also accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
