The Durham Exchange hosts intimate special events, corporate meetings, and weddings in our fully renovated industrial venue minutes from downtown Durham. We can host up to guests 80 seated with space for a small dance floor. We have an open vendor policy and affordable rates. Our venue is steeped in history from starting as a hosiery mill to becoming the Durham Farmers Market operated by women to a business hub for the small and the great! This space has been versatile through the years and even now you can add your unique flair to it. Soaring walls, gorgeous white-washed brick, enchanting wood floors, and warm lighting, all make for a space easily customizable right in the heart of Durham.
