Terms and Conditions

1. PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation date. We ask that you book at least 2 weeks prior to your event. 2. CANCELLATION. In the event you need to cancel your order prior to day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1/2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery will not receive a refund. 3. RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions: Based on available inventory Rush fee may apply Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order 4. INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your Yard Card greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather , if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored. 5. REFUND POLICY. We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. We will not refund payment for denied access to a property. 6. The price includes delivery, set up & take down of the yard greeting. All greetings will be set up after 6 pm the night before your event & picked up after 6 pm the night of your event. Different time frames for set up and pick up can also be arranged when available. 7. All Yard Card Chix greetings are meant to be fun, pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners should turn off their sprinkler systems & notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. Please put away all pets before our arrival. 8. All signs remain the property of Yard Card Chix. Any damage, destruction or tampering with Yard Card Chix signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced. 9. Yard Card Chix reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given. 10. Yard Card Chix and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.? 11. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing purposes.
