The Gables at Twin Lakes is the premier outdoor wedding venue in Southern Indiana! When you arrive at our 12-acre property you are greeted with a towering evergreen forest and the soothing sound of water falling from our lake fountain. You’ll notice each handcrafted cedar cabin nestled amongst the trees with an emphasis on privacy. Upon arrival, you and your overnight guests will get settled into your preferred cabins and begin decorating and setting up. This is followed by your rehearsal and dinner. The next morning you’ll awake to the sounds of nature and begin preparing for your big day. As guests arrive, they will park in our large meadow and walk along a beautiful, wooded path toward the wedding location. During your ceremony, guests will watch comfortably from bench seating on the lawn while you exchange vows from a peaceful and shaded lakeside deck or open-air chapel in the forest. After you say I do, enjoy your reception in our air conditioned and heated venue. It’s a beautiful, handcrafted space built brand new in 2022 and welcomes your guests with its luxurious charm. It's also environmentally controlled for the comfort of you and your guests. The Gables offers a large outdoor patio and tent site for additional guest seating. -Exclusive use of our property! No other guests during your special weekend. It’s all yours! -Check In Friday at 9:00am, check out Sunday at 11:00am -Weekend accommodations in seven cabins & all campsites (occupancy limit) -Multiple ceremony locations with seating for up to 130 ceremony guests -The Gables for your wedding reception (up to 200 guests) -Ten 72" round tables, Ten 8' rectangle tables, 112 brown chairs with cream leather cushions, 108 white chairs, Two 6' banquet tables and Four 8’ banquet tables included -Picnic grove with picnic tables for up to 30 additional guests outside included -Fresh vegetable tray for brides’ cabin on wedding day -Large bundle of firewood -Wedding day signage around property -Guest parking & restrooms -Use of recreational amenities -Wedding day venue staff to manage property, clean and stock restrooms, trash monitoring, problem solving, etc. Catering and bar service options available

Terms and Conditions

No recreational water amenities (boats, kayaks, tubes, swimming) permitted past 11:00am on wedding day -20% "non-refundable" initial payment due at time of booking -An additional 20% payment will be made before 180 days of wedding date. Remaining balance must be paid in full before 90 days of wedding date. If canceled within the 90 days before wedding date there is no refund. A 50% refund of all money paid if cancelled before 90 days of wedding date, except non-refundable initial payment. Weddings that we agree to reschedule will be charged a fee of $350 -We reserve the right to cancel the wedding and void this agreement if you fail to pay all fees as per agreement. No refunds for weather, acts of nature or illness -$500 “refundable” damage deposit must be received before 30 days of wedding date, this deposit will be returned within 7 days after check out, minus any applicable fees or damages -Must provide event liability insurance through Eventsured partner , minimum of $1,000,000 coverage for day of wedding with host liquor liability coverage included. Twin Lakes Country Cabins will be listed as an additional insured on the policy -Check in and check out times are firm. Checkout later than 12:00pm will be subject to a $200 fee. This does not permit guests to stay longer than the 11am check out time. (we need to prepare cabins for the next arrivals) -Beer and wine may only be served by hiring a caterer with a 2-Way license or by purchasing our Bar Service. Hard alcohol, liquor and spirits can only be served by a hiring a caterer with a 3-way license as required by law. Guests are prohibited from serving or consuming liquor or spirits unless you hire a 3-Way caterer. The sale of alcohol is prohibited unless using a 3-way caterer. You are responsible for all liabilities of alcohol served at your event. We require copies of all permits and licenses -We shall be permitted to use photographs of wedding for marketing and social media -No pets allowed on property -You agree to follow the event guidelines and requirements. The Gables at Twin Lakes is the premier outdoor event and wedding venue in Southern Indiana! -The Gables offers 1,900 sqft of indoor space, a 600 sqft concrete outdoor patio, an 800 sqft tent pad which accommodates tents up to 20'x40', a second tent area which can accommodate tents up to 20'x60' and a picnic grove under the trees with up to 20 picnic tables -We can comfortably accommodate weddings of up to 300 guests (100 guests inside, 200 guests outside) -Our lakeside ceremony deck offers wooden bench seating on a shaded lawn and can accommodate up to 150 guests for the ceremony -Air-conditioned indoor venue -Handicap & elderly parking area -Restrooms and cabins fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels -Trashcans with heavy duty trash bags included -We include up to ten 72" round tables inside and 20 picnic tables outside, additional seating will need to be rented
