The Space is well suited for educational workshops, panel discussions, networking events, meetups, corporate offsites, podcast recordings, private dinners, product launches, community gatherings, and coworking. We have hosted summits, hackathons, art exhibitions, happy hours, and recurring monthly meetups with consistent success. The Space is a two-story creative office building totaling approximately 5,250 square feet. The main floor features an open event area that can be configured for presentations, networking, or seated gatherings. A conference room on the lower level is available for smaller breakout sessions, board meetings, or podcast recordings. The building also has a backyard patio with turf, ideal for outdoor receptions, casual happy hours, or warm weather events. Private offices on the upper level provide additional space for speakers, organizers, or VIP guests who need a quiet area before or during an event.
