Our private events team does book events on both gamedays and non-game days. You can book a pregame meeting in one of our conference rooms, or on a non-gameday if you prefer a different event type!
Coors Field is a versatile venue that hosts a wide range of private events, including corporate meetings, holiday parties, weddings and cocktail hours, not to mention bar and bat mitzvahs, proms and home comings, and trade shows!
Because our event availability depends on the Major League Baseball schedule, we are typically able to confirm and secure dates for the following year once the upcoming season's schedule is officially released, which usually occurs in September. We are able to place holds years in advance, but holds are dependent on baseball operations.
All private events at Coors Field are catered exclusively by our professional in-house catering partner, Aramark. We will provide a comprehensive private events order with a wide selection of menus to suit your gathering.
