Are you looking for a place to hold a special party, baby or bridal shower or business meeting? Our Victorian themed parlor and dining room will provide a beautiful and intimate setting for your event. Rental of our first floor includes the use of double parlors, large dining room, relaxing front porch, and rear brick patio. Our dining room seats up to 48 comfortably, but we can accommodate up to 60 guests, standing throughout the facility. Rental includes tables (round & rectangle) and chairs. Tableware including plates, silverware, glasses, serving platters and cookware are available for use at no additional charge.

Great Place for a Staff Party — An Eventective User
Large space with multiple rooms to spread out, a separate room for food display, access to kitchen and all things in the kitchen and coat hooks to hang coats. Great communication and the money goes to a good cause!
