The Cottage at Bridle Oaks is a separate small event space on the property of Bridle Oaks wedding venue. Max guest count is a strict 40. When having an event at the Cottage you have your own parking spaces (18) and your own restroom. This facility comes with 40 chairs, two beautiful farm tables, two round tables, a Bluetooth speaker, & air conditioning in the building. Pricing is $575 for six hours. These six hours include set up time, party time, and clean up. You may use your own caterer, or self-cater. There is a small service sink behind the building. When you arrive, your tables and chairs will be set up for you according to your guest count. The two round banquet tables look much better with a rental linen, (in ivory) which is available for $13 cash, each. You can secure and hold your date by paying a non-refundable $275 deposit.
