You’ll have use of the upper level party room, with stage and dance floor, and the lower level that’s perfect for serving dinner and informal gatherings. Tables and chairs are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol and food/caterer. The outdoor park area (to the left of the center looking from Dayton-Xenia Road) is included on a weather-permitting basis.

Small wedding and reception with bridal party photos in the grove of trees outside. Clean hall with the kitchen and eating area for setup and cleanup helpers. Great location.

We had a 60th Wedding Anniversary Party here and there was plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs, the downstairs is great for your food and the upstairs we used for dancing and just visiting with each other. The owners Teresa & her husband were very helpful in every way. If I had a question she would respond pretty quickly and her husband and her were very informative on how the place works, where everything is at and how to use it. We had written instructions also so if we forgot something it was written down for us. I would highly recommend Beavercreek Event Center for any event you are planning!! Great place and great people to work with!!!
