A couple years ago a bunch of decided we needed a wider range of sales. As comic book dealers we had sold comics up and down the East Coast for ages. There was no new blood and some of us wanted to expand. As a joker I had recommended Texas simply because they only have one huge annual comic convention in Dallas. I speculated that it could use another. So a bunch of us chipped in and we hunted for a place down in Dallas. After searching a few hotels we found one that was quite suitable for our needs. The Warwick Melrose had caught our eye. My wife and I were down in Texas visiting family and I popped in to have a look while there. I was simply sold on the location from the get go. I found that the staff was very friendly and rather helpful; they gave me a tour of the various rooms and the sizes in which they could hold tables for individual dealers. They even offer a discount on rooms for the guests we would have attend the convention. So we booked it for a weekend. They provided their own audio and visual equipment so we could play videos and make announcements during the day. They had attendants who would walk the attendants to where the convention was located. The big kicker was they even produced the convention brochure. The hotel over all was a large help with local promotion and gave a great incentive service to attendees from out of town. I highly recommend this hotel for any form of convention or meeting!

If you really want to impress people have a meeting in the AAA four-diamond award winning Warwick Melrose Hotel. They have a large boardroom where you can have plenty of space for meetings and it was a great experience having a meeting in this luxurious hotel in Dallas, Texas. If it is a larger meeting that would consist of a couple hundred people or more they have an elegant ballroom that would be perfect for the accommodating this need. They even have one of the top 10 rated restaurants in Dallas. They cater to the needs of the meeting in any way you can think of. This was the most memorable place i have ever gone to a meeting in because of the hotels beauty and excellent service. It is rather on the more expensive side for having meetings but if you can afford it people will definitely never forget going there to have that meeting and be impressed with your choice of style. This is located in uptown Dallas and there is plenty of bars, restaurants, and places for entertainment surround the hotel area. This is a great place to stay the night as well because they have elegant rooms that are the nicest i would say i have ever been to. The boardroom is also very elegant for the meetings and i have not seen any quite as spacious and well designed. For meetings this place is definitely the place to have one if you want to impress the people who are going to be there.

I will be recommending this hotel only because unmatched level of grandeur, service and comfort. They have all the amenities required to conduct a successful meeting along with options for relaxation like their club, pool side and gym. They have an excellent well maintained banquet hall to conduct meetings which is spacious and looks great. Has beautiful royal chandeliers in the banquet hall as well. The overall feel of the hotel is very royal and will definitely impress the guests.

The venue seats up to 300, so even the biggest most important presentations are no problem for the staff. However, it is a hefty fee for the best service Texas has to offer. They also cater very well to all of your requests, very kind, and professional. I give The Warwick Melrose Hotel a 4/5, as everything is perfect if you can afford it.

we stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and we had the best time. the rooms are extremely clean and have a great style. the staff was friendly and prompt when we needed something. we had breakfast at their restaurant and that too was very good. we had no complaints at all and were glad everything went so smoothly.
