The Galleria Westin Hotel in Dallas, Tx is the perfect meeting venue. It is located in a great central location in Dallas right off the tollway. It is connected to the Galleria mall which provides great entertainment, when the meetings are done. There are several conference areas, and ballrooms as well for something more formal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The catering is very good, but they do allow outside food to be brought in, unlike some venues. The rooms at the hotel are nice and spacious if one needed to stay overnight. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance including Oceanaire on the ground level. There is wi-fi internet access in each room. The staff is able to accommodate any needs and can help with the inclusion of equipment such as projectors, tvs, etcetera. They are able to book a conference room or ballroom months in advance with a low security deposit. The hotel's decor is very up to date and would impress even the toughest clients. The amenities are amazing. There is a rooftop pool and full jogging track, also on the roof. There is a starbucks within walking distance. The staff is able to provide refreshments and more than willing to serve as meetings and events progress. I have attended, a wedding, a bar-mitzvah, and several meeting here and all of them exceeded my expectations.
