Attractive venue in Dallas — An Eventective User from Mesa,AZ
I like this venue very much.I think this is one of the best venue i have ever seen in Dallas.Great customer service, dining room has REALLY slow service, but other than that, everything is great.I had a conference a month ago.The rooms are very nice.I have had to travel to Dallas four times in the past two years for a specific conference series, and I have stayed here. I love the staff here! They are all extremely friendly and helpful, and it feels like coming home when I walk through the doors. The hotel itself feels much more traditional. Unlike more contemporary hotels.The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. Its proximity to downtown and Love field and the shuttle service is exceptional. It is a little outdated but that is more than made up for by the clean and sanitary condition of the whole property. It is a place that you can feel secure. You are getting good return on money spent.The facilities are older but fairly well maintained. Rooms run to the small side but are adequate with a comfortable bed.If anyone wishes to have meeting in Dallas,i recommend this venue.It is the best venue in Dallas.I am totally satisfied with the services.The staffs are very friendly.The amenities offered are great.and i liked the venue a lot.Even if i am going for any further meeting,I will chose this venue.
