While today we offer a beautiful outdoor ceremony site paired with a decorated reception tent, we’re excited to share that we are in the process of building a brand-new indoor reception venue. The foundation has already been poured and it is planned for completion by late Summer 2026 (July-August is the target time frame). While we can’t guarantee the exact move-in date yet, all 2026 bookings will continue to receive our tent pricing if booked by January 31, 2026, with the understanding that your celebration may still take place in the tent depending on construction progress. Our 2026 Full-Day DIY packages currently range from $4,500 – $6,000, depending on day of week and guest count (max 100). What’s included in the Full-Day package: • Venue access from 10 a.m.–11 p.m. (Fri–Sat) or 10 a.m.–10 p.m. (Sun) • Stunning ceremony site with white padded chairs • Decorated climate-controlled reception tent (or new building) with guest tables and chairs, plus six 6' rectangular tables (for catering, sweetheart, etc.), trash cans/liners, • Bridal suite with deck (climate-controlled) • Groom’s room with poker table and dart board (climate-controlled) • Lit courtyard with rustic high-top tables • Large, one-of-a-kind photo booth • Games/flex area • Nature trail with bridge • 1941 Vintage photo truck • 5 beautiful ponds, including Heart Pond • Climate-controlled restrooms
