Crescent Lodge is well known for its exquisite food, therefore making it an ideal location for Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Communions, Baptisms and Anniversaries Dinners for up to 150 people.
Weddings are one to remember with the capability to host your ceremony, pictures and reception all on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The Inn can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests between the Inn and 20 private cottages.

WEDDING CEREMONY AT THE CRESCENT LODGE:
The Ceremony at the Crescent Lodge can be hosted on our beautifully manicured laws surrounded with stunningly landscaped grounds. We will assist you or recommend a vendor to rent white ceremony chair, ceremony arch, white runner or any additional item completing your perfect ceremony. In case of inclement weather a tent for outside ceremony must be rented for party size of 85 guests and more.
The Crescent Lodge will accommodate a wedding on any day of the week. Minimum number of guests for receptions is 35 persons. The venue is available to host reception from 12:00pm or any time in the afternoon for up to 5 hours. We will provide you with white linens and dishes unless you wish make other arrangements for your wedding day. At no additional cost we will assist you with coordination of all your desires with vendors that we recommend or you choose.
BUFFET PACKAGES ($50.00 - $60.00)
For events meeting our standard guest minimums 40 guests, station attendants are included in the package prices. Buffets are decorated to complement your menu and enhance your event with specially selected flowers.
SIT DOWN DINNER PACKAGES ($38 - $78)
Dinner packages include choices of a three-course dinner or four-course dinner. Upon your request, we are able to customize all menus to your needs. Exact head counts for menus with more than one entrée selection are required two weeks prior to the event.
COCTAIL HOUR FOLLOWED BY A CHAMPAGNE TOAST
Enjoy your choice of Signature Hors d’oeuvres from our package selections. A champagne choice for your toast is available within your liquor packages.
We are happy to accommodate your party for rehearsal dinners, choose from any
of dinner packages to seat your party.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO RESERVE UP TO 30 LUXURY ACCOMMODATIONS:
We will honor up to 20% discounted rates depending on size of your group and the time of year.

FOR BRIDE AND GROOM, WE PROVIDE A COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAY ANY OF OUR COTTAGES TO THE COUPLES CHOICE. A COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT APPLIES TO WEDDINGS WITH 30 GUESTS AND MORE.
ACCOMODATIONS TO THE GUEST CHOICE:
Choose from standard rooms at our Main Lodge to cottages with fireplaces and/or Sunken Jacuzzi tub spread throughout the Crescent Lodge landscaped property.

All prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Tax and 18% Service Charge. Prices, menus and package selections are subject to change. The venue fee is not subject to service charge. This fee pays for staffing additional kitchen labor, full preparation and execution of the meal and reception, set up, break down and administrative overhead.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
Thank you for choosing the Crescent Lodge Inn and Restaurant as a special place to host your memorable day. To confirm your booking all weddings require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000.00. A second non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 is required 6 months prior to the event. Deposit amounts for other social events may vary according to the estimated cost of the event.
The Crescent Lodge is a smoke free facility with the exception of outdoor spaces.

Our "home" is a beautiful banquet facility located on the Rolling Pines Golf Course up a private drive off the Bloomsburg-Berwick Highway (Route 11). Our indoor facility holds up to 220 guests with smaller rooms for more intimate events. Our Ballroom seats 220 with a dance floor and a bar for your customized bar preferences. A full-length porch runs along the front to allow guests access to the outdoors during the event. The Upper and Lower Galleries are our adjoining evening rooms, seating up to 120.
