Quick Hitch Elopement - Two hours of venue access - $850 (includes set up and take down time)
• Up to 50 guests may gather for the ceremony
• Choice of shaded Meadow or Courtyard area for ceremony–each with its own unique arbor
• Take photos after the ceremony
• Non-alcoholic beverages may be served
• Family and guests enjoy the beautiful scenery of the venue area

Quick Hitch Elopement - Four hours of venue access - $1200 (includes set up and take down time)
• Up to 50 guests may gather for the ceremony
• Choice of shaded Meadow or Courtyard area for ceremony-each with its own unique arbor
• Take photos after the ceremony
• Guests may enjoy a few appetizers/heavy hors d'oeuvres (provided by couple)
• Non-alcoholic beverages may be served
• Couple can cut the wedding cake and have a champagne toast
• Family and guests enjoy the beautiful scenery of the venue area

Quick Hitch Full Elopement includes a personal wedding planner with duties as below:
On site wedding planner/decorator/stylist –
Available to assist with planning and questions throughout the entire process
Decorates separate cake table and center farm tables –rustic decorations provided or bride can provide
Directs the ceremony and all attending guests
Assists with ceremony music and background music during appetizers/photographs
Sets up presentation of appetizers (whether delivered by vendor or brought on site by couple)
Handles all set up and clean up of venue
Helps secure additional vendors such as hair and makeup, dress, tuxedo rental, as needed
Will ensure your day runs smoothly and is stress free
Pricing starts at $125.00 per hour for the first three hours. $250 per hour for any additional hours. You may serve alcohol, but a licensed insured bar tender must be hired to serve for the event. Please contact venue for more information.
Terms and Conditions
In order to secure your date, we require a signed contract and full payment. We also require a $500 security deposit. You are renting the entire venue space with access to all of the areas.
