— An Eventective User
I cannot sing the praises of you enough! The Hotel Covington and The Madison Event Center were phenomenal! Both the guests who stayed at The Hotel Covington and who attended our wedding said that EVERYONE was not only welcoming, but helpful, cheerful, and went out of their way to make their stay truly amazing. Not only was the wedding day upgrade such a wonderful treat, but the transition from room to room was seamless- and the front desk made it happen. Food at Coppins was wonderful (multiple times (-: ) but I have to say the star of the day was Amy our details day of specialist. She handled several potentially explosive situations with grace and ease and made us feel so truly special. Please express to all your employees how much we appreciate them !
