What's Included:
• 4-Hour Space Rental
• There is one indoor (4,000 square foot) open space for events and meetings on the property that can accommodate guests of all sizes up to 300.
• A bar prep area. Bring your own coolers and equipment. (Use of our kitchen is a fee of $500.)
• We clean before and after, but we do not clear, pack, or remove trash. (Use of our trash dumpster is a fee $200.)
• Tables rent for $10 each. Chairs depend on type and count. Inquire about your needs.
• A $500 damage deposit will be refunded 14 days after the event if there is no problem or extended hours over the contracted time.
Additional services and inclusions are available and can be added.

Lone Star Events & Hall (a.k.a. The Lone Star Uptown) is a warehouse facility with 5,000 square feet. This venue provides on-site event planners and will be able to work with each client on every detail in order to plan an exceptional event. We also provide an in-house DJ, video production service, and on-site security.
Future Additions:
(Mid-2024): Our venue has a full kitchen trailer (available for rental for using outside catering), or you can use our "Best of the Best" in-house chef (with a multi-culinary discipline from around the world)
(Mid-2024): A full bar (serving beer, wine, and cocktails)

A signed contract is required and reviewed when booking your event. All terms and conditions, as well as any additional costs, are known before the booking is completed, except for any unforeseen issues or additions made after the signing of the contract.
