Please bring any photos of décor, flowers or designs you have in mind. We are flexible with your requirements and our consultations are free of charge. Sweet Dream Designs can work with any of the elements as described on a fixed fee basis. We do not charge you a percentage of your overall budget. Our fees are based upon our designs.
