Apple Ridge Farm in Copper Hill offers 96 acres of pure beauty and delight. We are only 45 minutes away from Roanoke, Blacksburg, and Rocky Mount. Our rental spaces are perfect for weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, family reunions, church outings, birthday parties, bridal showers, holiday gatherings, overnight stays, retreats, you name it. We offer a mountain of possibilities! We have formal indoor meeting/event rooms, a large timber frame pavilion, informal meeting/event spaces, and many lovely outdoor gathering areas for groups up to 120. We offer lodging in 3 renovated Caboose Cars and a gorgeous wooden lodge. We have breathtaking scenic vistas, 4+ miles of wooded hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, a pickle ball court, a large swimming pool, and more. Fantastic programs such as low ropes/team building programs and high ropes programs including a 55 foot climbing wall and 600 foot zip line are also available for our guests. Apple Ridge Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission and passion for Helping Kids Grow! Having an event at our facility helps support programs for underserved children in our region. We are excited to host your big day and look forward to hearing from you!

Located in Copper Hill, Virginia, Apple Ridge Farm offers its beautiful 96 acre mountainous facility for rentals of all kinds! Perfect for a weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, meetings, family reunions, church outings, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, holiday rentals, and special overnight stays in renovated caboose cars and a mountain lodge. Apple Ridge Farm welcomes groups of up to 120 people to enjoy their special occasions at this lovely retreat. Our facility offers indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, over 4 miles of hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, a large outdoor pool, and endless activities for guests such as team building programs and high ropes programs with 55 ft climbing wall and 600 ft zip line.

Terms and Conditions

Individual rental spaces range in price from $175 up to $400. Wedding packages are $2500 for the Simple Package and $3000 for the Plus Package.

Apple Ridge Farm has amazing indoor and outdoor spaces which are perfect for weddings! Our Meador building offers space for up to 120 people with tables and chairs in a formal room with stone fireplace and chimney. This space can be dressed up for formal weddings or made more casual for farm style weddings. It is a blank slate ready for your ideas! Outside we offer a large timber frame pavilion which seats up to 120 people with tables and chairs or 150 auditorium style. This is the perfect spot for a ceremony or for a reception and dance floor. We provide tables, chairs, table cloths, etc. You provide your own caterer. ABC licenses are allowed.

Apple Ridge Farm offers a unique and charming lodging space called Starr's House Lodge. It has 3 bunk rooms which sleep up to 32 people. It has a nice downstairs lounge/family room space with TV, kitchenette, and game table with checkers. The lodge has 2 wrap around decks and several sitting areas, not to mention beautiful views! And right out back are 3 hiking trails for walks in the woods.

I hosted a tea party for a 14th birthday. The staff and location were very accommodating. It was a beautiful venue and I plan to host many more things here in the future. So many options for a variety of events.
