Myself, my boyfriend, and 3 other couples went to Inn at Priest Lake for an adults only get away. Good choice! We got up there at about 5:00 Friday night and they were ready for us. Check in took about 5 minutes and we were up and running. The bartender was so welcoming. She kept us entertained, the drinks were always fresh in front of us and she whipped the food right up. Conveniently, her boyfriend is the chef at Cavanaugh’s Bay Resort just up the road so we got the inside scoops on what to order up there for dinner Saturday night. She kept the bar open late for us and we just had a great time. The next morning we went to Arnies up the road for breakfast. The prices were reasonable, and the servings were good size. We then wanted to get snowmobiles so we called one of the local places first and were treated really rudely. The lady wanted to charge us the full day rental amount for half a days use. We told here we would discuss it among ourselves and call back. We then called Cavanaugh’s and the lady there gave us two; two seatter sleds for half the price. We called the first lady back, not even ten minutes later, and she wanted to charge us a cancellation fee! But we got our sleds and had a blast on the trails. We went to Cavanaugh’s for dinner that night and enjoyed a great relaxed environment and the perfect ribeye steak. When we got back to the Inn we relaxed and around 11:ish decided to go for a swim in their outdoor heated pool. Just like a huge hot tub. Overall the experience was great. The house keeper even made sure our Jägermeister was on fresh ice all day while we were out and about! I recommend Inn at Priest Lake to anyone. Good times in a great environment. Thanks Sue!
