Perfect venue for Corporate Parties and Events. Our studio was built in 1944 and just underwent a major renovation last Fall. Our space is anchored by a 16' wide stainless/barnwood serving bar, cocktail tables/linens and church pews for additional seating. We have a kitchen that has a sink, range and refrigerator. This is a perfect Venue for Corporate and Private Parties. We have a PA system available in case our clients are hosting live music or DJ activities.

Very high speed free Wifi is included. Only for parties with guest count of 60 or under, ideal space for both Wedding and Reception for the same price. Parties with guest count of above 60 only enough space for reception.

Our private event space can house up to 300 people cocktail style, or can be broken down into smaller spaces. We offer full catering, in room full private bars, TV/Projectors available, coat room, and coffee station all in room. 8.2.0 features craft cocktails on draft, along with great selections on all other beer and spirits. There isn’t any venue fees but a food and beverage minimum based upon how much space you reserve for your event. The other half of our venue is our main area (all 21yrs and over) where you'll find our karaoke lounge, hidden library, 2 main bars, vintage arcade, and our pizzeria/pommes frites eatery. Normal Hours of Operation: 5pm-2am Tuesday-Saturday. Venue buy-out options available Sunday and Monday and before 5pm Tuesday-Saturday!

Loft apartments are available for rental to be used for the bridal party and can be used as the honeymoon suite on your wedding day. We understand the importance of your special event and take it as an honor to be chosen to be a part of your special day and we ensure that the staff of Homesteads Events will exceed your expectations! Homesteads Events owns and operates an onsite full service food and beverage service. We offer a free taste test to potential clients and customize the menu specifically for you and your special day. We have staff on site and Donna Kostiuk our venue manager will ensure the day of your event is orchestrated according to your desires.Our staff will be there from set up to break down to ensure your event runs smoothly and help you with anything you and the vendors may need! We also have a fully furnished 2 bedroom loft style guest suite for you to utilize for the day of. There is also a second suite on site that can be rented. You are also welcome to stay the night or the night before or day of your event for an additional fee (if suites are available). We do not allow outside catering, as we do have on site catering.
