A: Your event space appears immediately after you create it as an event space on Eventective.com

A: Be thorough and accurate in describing your venue and event spaces. Adding photos and descriptive captions will enhance your venue and event spaces in search results.

Q: How do I set up an account?
A: Click the 'Register Now' button in the Manage Event Space window. Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions, you can enter the required information for registering and click the Submit button. Once registered as a venue, you can sign in and begin adding and maintaining your venue and event space information.
Q: Do you sell email addresses?
A: To Eventective, Inc. , your privacy is of the utmost importance. That's why Eventective, Inc. is helping to lead the effort against Spam. Q: What should I do if I forget my username/password?
A: From the sign in page, click Forget password?. Enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you momentarily. Alternatively, if you enter your registered username, secret question, and answer, we will email your password to you.
Q: How do I update my email address or change my password?
A: To change the email address on your account and in our database, you need to login, and click on My Profile. Enter your new email address in place of the existing address and click the Submit button. You can change your password by selecting Change Password in the Related Task screen on the right side of the Edit My Profile page.
Q: How do I post an event space?
A: Log into your account. Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, follow the instructions to create a venue. Instructions on each screen guide you through the entire process of creating an event space.
Q: How do I edit my event space?
A: From the Event Space list, choose the event space you'd like to edit by selecting the checkbox to the left of the event space name. Then click the Edit tab and enter the updated information. Once you have updated all the information, click the Submit button to save the changes.
