The Perfect Place is a beautiful and unique place. It is also centrally located in Columbus, GA and is fairly priced for weddings, receptions or any other event you may be planning. It can suit anyone and any type of event. Fully equipped kitchen, bar, DJ stage and guest of honor stage. The Perfect Place is equipped with the most up to date audio/visual technology throughout the building. Wireless and wired internet are available in addition to installed projector and large screen. The Perfect Place is a state of the art facility that provides the resources and support to ensure successful meetings and conferences of all sizes. Within the confines of a comfortable and relaxed learning environment, the center features a 9,500 square foot banquet hall.

Hourly rates are $130.00 an hour with a six hour or more rental. On Sundays we offer a discounted rate of $100.00 an hour. 1 Day rental 8AM-11PM for $1950.00 (+) $500.00 Deposit. 2 Day rental 8AM-11PM for $2975.00 (+) $500.00 Deposit. ($100.00 of the deposit is refundable after your event if left in a broom clean condition, and no damages). These costs include rental of the venue, cleaning fee and police officer for 4 hours. Deposit is $500.00 non-refundable if you cancel your event. The deposit is due at the signing of your contract and a credit card on file is part of the contract. The event cost that you rent is due 90 days prior to your event. We do not hold any dates without a contract. We do not decorate. The extra lighting , bar, kitchen for prepping just to name a few. Plenty of parking. its situated out of sight so you have privacy. Its clean and just “ The Perfect Place” for any event.

Easy Wedding Day - An Eventective User

I held my wedding here and everyone had a blast. Patricia was professional and helped with everything. The price is great and it includes tables and chairs, a kitchen with a fridge and ice maker, and just beautiful atmosphere. Any questions I had, I could call Patrica and get a quick answer. The day of my wedding I still needed a cupcake tower because my caterers failed me, but Patricia had my back. This place is great for weddings, reception, and all other events.

I rented this venu for the first time on August 11th, 2018. I was having my parents a 40th anniversary party, and the facility was so beautiful!! It is spacious to accommodate a large group. It is equipped with a bar, a kitchen for you to carter. A room for the babies to be in while the party is going on. A room for the big kids to be in while the party is going on!! Everything you need! The place is gorgeous!! And on top of that Particia and her staff are amazing!! Honest and good people!! I will be using the venues again if I ever have to plan another celebration!! And I would highly recommend anyone to do the same!!!!
