However, when not in program use, the Waters House is made available for rental for private parties, events, weddings, and meetings, with a maximum of 50 people. The rental space includes two rooms, kitchen, foyer, two restrooms, and an outdoor patio.

Rustic, quaint and cozy!! — An Eventective User
This facility was perfect for our party. Many guests had not been here before and we received great feedback from them about how warm and cozy Waters house is. Having a full kitchen and long tables was very convenient. Parking is ample. I’ll definitely book it again.
Great pace to have an event. — An Eventective User
We had my daughter's bridal shower at the Waters House. It was easily accessible and large enough for our event. The only thing I ask is that they make it clear where to drop the key off. We just drove to next venue until we found a key deposit box. Other than that, it was a great place to rent for your event.
Management Response
We're so glad you enjoyed the Waters House! I apologize for your difficulty finding the key drop. We try to make it easy by offering three options for drop boxes and key returns, both downtown and at Waters-Moss Memorial Wildlife Area. I do understand that finding the Moss Building may be difficult as there are 4 buildings on the property. Please let me know if there's anything we could do to better convey the location of the Moss Building to future rentals. Cassie Brandt Columbia Parks and Recreation Cassie.Brandt@CoMo.gov
