The Pavilion seats 150 people and 250 people for a standing reception. The space features a stone fireplace, an antler chandelier, eight-foot sliding window doors that fully open to the gorgeous garden, a seasonal waterfall, and bronze sculptures. You and your guests can enjoy the patio for happy hour before moving inside for dinner, dancing, or event programming. The garden also features two built-in stages, one with a view of Pikes Peak, for your wedding ceremony or event entertainment. Imagine the ease of having your ceremony and reception in one spot or having space for creative break-out sessions during your corporate meeting. The Pavilion includes wireless Internet, four wireless microphones, a projector, a screen, a podium, seating for 150, additional tables for a buffet and bar, cab tables, large staging kitchen, and the ability to play audio over surround-sound speakers. You will have a private entrance to your event, parking for over 200, dedicated event staff, assistance finding vendors, and assistance booking Western entertainment. The Priefert Arena is available for stand-alone events or as an add-on to your event. You are welcome to bring in your own horses. For those wanting an exceptional event to remember, the ProRodeo Hall of Fame offers private contract rodeos featuring PRCA athletes, stock, announcers, pick-up men, and a rodeo clown.
