Trezzi Farm Food & Wine. We are a catering company, event venue & micro-winery located in the heart of Green Bluff, a small historic farming community North of Spokane, WA. Davide Trezzi, from Milan, Italy, and his wife Stephanie handcraft Northern Italian wines & foods made from grapes, herbs & seasonal vegetables grown on the farm. The Setting. Our farm becomes your and your guests' private retreat. Stroll the grounds enjoying panoramic views of Mt. Spokane and the rolling hills of Green Bluff farmland. Our wine vineyards surround the two red-roofed barns that occupy the property. The Foods. It's rustic and fortifying food that showcases the classic recipes of Italy's Lombardia region. Fresh ingredients are used such as the herbs grown on the farm. The foods can be rustic or refined; they are always simple, never pretentious and presentation is simple and uncomplicate. For any given recipe, the number of ingredients can be counted on one hand.
