Small event venue at an affordable price. Baby Showers Birthday Parties Bridal Showers Receptions Parties Small Weddings Reunions & More! Includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, tables, chairs, and comfortable, clean atmosphere. Bring your own food (no alcohol) and decorate to your heart's content! Bouncy houses allowed in the front parking lot. Rates are $125 for 4 hours or $275 for the daily rate (8 hours) $50 non-refundable booking deposit required to hold your event on our calendar. $100 refundable damage deposit due the day of your event. Bookings can be made online and you will receive an invoice by email to pay your booking deposit. Once your booking deposit is paid, your event is added to our calendar. If you need the room all day unlimited we charge $325 for a 12+ hour rental. We have a $75 cash only cleaning deposit. We can do the clean-up for you or you can choose to do the clean-up. If the room is left clean and neat the $75 cleaning deposit is fully refunded to you.
