Terms of Agreement
1. Reservation & Cancellation
• A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged if the event is canceled for any reason.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text message accepted) to be valid.
2. Cleaning Fee
• A mandatory cleaning fee of $75.00 will be applied to every booking.
• This fee is non-negotiable and covers standard cleaning and sanitation after each event.
3. Agreement
• By booking the event space, the renter agrees to these terms and acknowledges responsibility for all applicable fees.
• Additional charges may apply for damages, extended time, or excessive cleaning beyond the standard fee.
