Cafeteria: The Cafeteria rents for $30 per hour and holds up to 35 guests. You must pay a security deposit of $50, refundable on our next business day provided you follow the cleaning instructions and rules. You must get event insurance which will cost about $105-127 payable by Credit Card or Bank Card. Minimum rental time is 4 hours, however, you get one hour before for set up and one hour after for cleaning at no charge. To reserve the date you need to pay the security deposit and half the rent. The other half and insurance is due 14 days prior to your event.
