About District Event Venue

District Event Venue offers three (3) separate event spaces that are perfect for weddings, celebrations, live music events, meetings and various parties, plus 2 smaller 180 sq.ft. rooms. The 2 large ballrooms are each over 3,400 sq.ft. about 70 ft long and 40 ft wide and can both accommodate guests up to 200. We believe that events are so much better when they take place in a great space. That's why we styled our studio to be a stage for you to create any kind of event you choose. With neutral colors, beautiful bamboo floating dance floors and incredible styling options, we know your event will be one everyone will be talking about for years to come! Our team of Event Planners can assist in working to meet your budget requirements with: turnkey event management, customized decorations (including specific colors) for your special event, custom table & chair coverings, special lighting needs, DJs, live music references for background or dance bands, food catering for any type of foods, buffets, specialty deserts, valet parking services, transportation services for 1 or hundreds, lodging recommendations and discounts, dance instruction, 1st Wedding dance choreography, performances at your event, and anything else that you want to make this a forever unforgettable memory. We went with Hugo from District Event to hold our Workshop, which we live-streamed. Even though we were just a small gig, Hugo took great care of us. He was quick to respond, helped us in figuring out how to set everything up. He also connected us to a great photographer and Gabro Event Services to handle all our setup. District Dance Academy was the venue for our wedding and a pre-wedding celebration. And we can not emphasize enough how much of a great experience we had from this venue. All thanks go to Hugo and his amazing team! We believe this venue is a great choice for any kind of event. They offer multiple rooms with different capacities and specifications. We chose zone 1(front ballroom) for our wedding and zone 5 (ballroom with kitchen) for our pre-wedding event. Both the rooms were perfect for our events as they were spacious, well lit, and equipped with very good sound systems! Also, the package that we took came with tables, chairs, linens ( with multiple options) and those were of really good quality that we ended up taking sashes from them as well! Hugo and his team were extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process - starting from finding the best package that suits our requirements, to organizing the events just as we imagined. They handled our last-minute changes very smoothly and also helped us with choosing other vendors for our events. Overall, Hugo provided us a great package at a great price. Lastly, we can not thank Hugo enough! He not only took care of all our needs during those events but also went above and beyond so that we did not have too much on our plate(Hugo even helped to fix our car on our ride back home!!!). Long story short, we will definitely choose District Dance Academy over and over again for our future events.
