Affordable hall rentals for all occasions...family gatherings, receptions, birthdays, quinceañeras, etc. $450 for 4 hours / $700 for 8 hours (non-alcohol pricing) Time rented includes set up and take down/clean up. Rental hours are from 11 AM - 11 PM 130 seat capacity. Chairs, tables and TV monitor are included in the price. Kitchen and outside grounds are also available for rent. Alcohol is allowed but there is an upcharge. You will be required to obtain a temporary alcohol permit for your event. $550 for 4 hours / $900 for 8 hours In addition to the rental fee, a fully refundable security deposit ($750) is also required. As long as the venue is cleaned up after your event and there is no damage, you get that back.
