Located in Clarksville, Maryland, midway between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., Ten Oaks Ballroom is a large, beautiful ballroom and conference center. Amenities of this facility includes tables, comfortable chairs, handicapped accessible and much more. We offer a large, crystal chandelier-lit ballroom with elegant appointments, a carpeted dining area, hardwood dance floor and a landscaped patio suitable for photographs or cocktails. The entire ballroom is 60 feet by 96 feet with seating for up to 400 guests. The ballroom can be divided into three separate rooms that can be used for individual functions such as break-out rooms. Each room can be arranged in any style to accommodate the meeting purpose and is individually wired for sound. The lobby measures 25 feet by 70 feet, and is suitable for pre-event cocktails, photo opportunities, registration and photo or exhibit displays. The portico can be tented for use as additional space. The Ten Oaks is suitable for conferences, weddings, rehearsal dinners, trade shows, bar and bat mitzvahs, business meetings, corporate receptions, training sessions, fashion shows, proms, birthday parties or anniversaries.
