• (1) Planning meeting to obtain information about the wedding • Preparation of a wedding day timeline • Unlimited Email & phone support 1 month prior to wedding date • Introduction to vendors as the day of point of contact (2 weeks prior) • Final collection of wedding items day prior to wedding • Providing (8 Hours of Wedding Day Coverage) • Pick up & delivery of day-of wedding decor items such as linen or floral • Ensuring proper placement, set-up of decor items such as linens, place cards, favors, programs, and other details • Coordinating Vendor Logistics and ensuring on-time arrival • Assisting with wedding floral, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc. • Assisting wedding party down the aisle & proper timing of brides entrance • Ensuring styling of floral & decor for pictures • Helping photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer • Making sure everything is running on schedule • Ensuring final vendor payments have been made • Coordinating the collection of gifts to pre-arranged location • Collecting all decor at end of the event, including return of rental items • Ensuring transportation is running on time • Providing a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom!

Unlimited email and phone support: Ongoing • Phone calls will be accepted during regular office hours • Virtual Workroom: Within one week of signing the contract – Includes login information and a brief guide on how to use your workroom • Meetings with your Coordinator will be added to the Calendar for you • Initial email introducing the Coordinator to the Vendor • Email confirming arrival time, set-up time, onsite requirements, • Email providing vendor with production schedule • Follow-up email post-wedding to tie up any details Production Schedule & Timeline: 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding • Development of comprehensive production schedule (distributed to Vendors, partners, suppliers) • Development of Wedding Day timeline (distributed to Bridal Party, Family, Bride & Groom) • Development of Ceremony timeline (distributed to musicians, officiant, internal staff, etc) • Invitation & RSVP Management • Development of Cocktail/Reception timeline (distributed to venue, banquet captain, MC, musicians, speeches, internal staff)
