We hosted our charity gala at Jack Cincinnati Casino and the catering staff were beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs. They truly wanted to see our fund raiser be successful and worked with our budget for menu costs and gave great suggestions for room layout.
The staff at JACK Cincinnati Casino is one of the best teams I have ever worked with! From the sales department to the banquet department and their culinary team, they far surpass many of the hotels and event centers in the area. They take pride in their delivery of service and treat clients like they are the ONLY thing that matters the day of the event.
