Since 2010, by appt only, seven days a week outside the Chesterfield or Richmond Courthouse or Henrico Govt Center Venues for $100 with all guests we have performed civil ceremonies, or at your Virginia Location for a higher fee! Licenses can be obtained from any Virginia Circuit Court for all Virginia Marriages. Marriage License appts not required at the Henrico Courthouse, but ceremony appts are required thru us, not thru the Henrico Courthouse!
