Dedicated in 1924 as a living memorial to Hamilton County war veterans, Memorial Auditorium is a mid-sized performing arts venue (seating capacity 3,866) with a carpeted 12,000 sq.ft. exhibit hall area in the basement, and a self-contained Community Theatre (seating capacity 1,000) located upstairs. Additional meeting and breakout rooms are also available on two levels. The exhibit hall has hosted small trade shows, private receptions, and banquet set-ups for up to 400. In the past year Memorial Auditorium has hosted sell-out crowds for such bands as Widespread Panic, Sugarland and the Goo Goo Dolls, as well as meeting space for religious conventions and groups such as the Get Motivated Seminar with Zig Ziglar.
Also featuring a rehearsal/warm-up room with mirrored wall, ballet barre and floating wood dance floor. “Green room” with kitchenette. This multipurpose room can be used for press conferences, receptions, or as a show office.

In addition to the mid-sized Main Hall with its large stage and seating capacity of 3,866, Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium also offers the more intimate Community Theatre upstairs from the main level. This 1,000-seat proscenium theater is accessible by escalator from the main lobby, and is completely self-contained with its own restrooms, concessions and lobby area.
The Community Theatre is frequently used for children’s theater productions staged for school groups, dance studio recitals, church services and spoken word programs. It is also the home of Friday Night Live, the EAC's talent showcase for teens that takes place the first Friday of every month.

The carpeted Exhibit Hall on the basement level offers over 9,600sq.ft. of display space plus a spacious outer concourse. The Exhibit Hall has hosted small trade shows and can easily accommodate a banquet set-up for up to 400.
