One Eleven Place is a special event rental facility with a fresh environment to handle any type of gathering. One Eleven Place offers an elegant 3,360 square foot Grand Ballroom that can accommodate 100-250 people and is extremely flexible in its use. This exquisite room can be used for a wide variety of functions including weddings, parties, galas, conventions, trade shows and other business events. The Grand Ballroom opens onto an expansive 4,000 square foot garden patio that is perfect for a ceremony and or reception, rehearsal dinner or cocktail party. Our smaller, more intimate ballroom is perfect for luncheons, client presentations, soirees and seminars.
