Our Bradford Ballroom, along with the pre-function space and boardroom, can comfortably host celebrations from 50-300 guests, and we offer flexible access giving you plenty of time to enjoy the full day at your pace. To simplify planning, we provide many of the essentials complimentary including tables, chairs, linens, napkins, place settings, glassware, and even a dance floor. We also have a selection of centerpieces available, with additional enhancements like upgraded décor, AV, and chair covers if you’d like to personalize further. For food and beverage, we offer flexible options depending on your vision, including hosted bars, cash bars, or consumption-based service, all managed in-house. Our minimum food and beverage spend is $7,000 for the whole ballroom and I’m always happy to help tailor a menu that fits both your style and priorities. Beyond the ballroom, one of the things couples and their guests appreciate most is the ease of the overall experience. We’re surrounded by a vibrant mix of shops and restaurants, making it simple to turn your celebration into a full wedding weekend, whether that’s welcome drinks, a post-wedding brunch, or just enjoying time together. For your guests, we can create a courtesy room block with a custom booking link to make reservations easy for everyone, and include a complimentary one-night stay in an executive suite for the couple which is a small way to celebrate you both. On property, guests can unwind in our indoor pool or gather in the evening around our outdoor firepit, creating those relaxed, in-between moments that make the entire experience feel more memorable. Celebrate your family reunion, wedding, business meeting or seminar with up to 350 friends, family, or business associates in the Grand Ballroom. Spaces for more intimate gatherings are also available at this event venue near Raleigh-Durham Airport.
