Terms and Conditions
Rental fee & payment terms
1. Standard Rental Fee: The rental fee for the Venue is $8000 per day.
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $8000 is required to secure the date(s). This deposit shall be applied toward the total rental fee.
3. alternative attendance based options:
Option A: If the client brings 300 guests to the event, the daily rental fee is waived (i,e., no charge for the Venue).
Option B: If the client brings at least 150 guests and agrees to host a 90-minute presentation by a Studio Money representative, the client will pay 50% of the daily rental fee. The Client must inform the Venue in writing if they intend to purse either alternative option. The Venue reserves the right to verify attendance and enforce standard rental fees if attendance requirements are not met.
4. Payment schedule:
The deposit is due at the time of booking .
The remaining balance (if any) is due no later than the start of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Booking deadline: The event must be booked at least 15 days in advance of the event date.
Cancellation & refunds
1. Client Cancellation: if the client cancels the event, the deposit if non refundable. The Venue may, at its sole discretion, choose to refund or partially refund additional amounts already paid, depending on the timing of the cancellation and its impact on the Venues schedule.
2. Venue Cancellation: The Venue reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if (a) the client fails to meet payment deadlines, or (b) the client is in breach of any terms of this agreement. In such cases, the venue may retain all or part of the payments made.
3. Force majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to preform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, natural disasters, or strikes. In such circumstances, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reschedule the event or issue refunds where appropriate.
Venue Rules & Restrictions
1. Compliance with laws: The client is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance requirements.
2. Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy is 300 seated guests. The client shall not exceed this limit without prior written consent from the venue.
3. Noise & Disturbance: The client agrees to adhere to local noise ordinances and ensure that the event activities do not disturb surrounding properties or businesses.
4. Damage & Clean up: The client shall be responsible for all damages to the Venue during the event. Any costs for repairs or replacements shall be billed to the client. The client agrees agrees to leave the Venue in a clean and orderly condition. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. decorations: All decorations must be approved by the Venue. The use of nails, staples, or any damaging materials on the walls, floors, or ceilings is prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing.
6. Food & Beverage: If applicable, the Client agrees to use properly licensed catering services and comply with all health and safety regulations.
7. Security: The Venue reserves the right to require security personnel at the client's expense if deemed necessary, based on the nature or size of the event.
Insurance & Liability
1. Insurance requirements: the client may be required to obtain a certificate of liability insurance naming Studio Money as an additional insured for the date(s) of the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, or a higher amount if required by local regulations or the Venue.
2. Liability: The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio Money, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
