Circular driveway with double gates and stunning curb appeal! The home has recently been remodeled on the outside and most of the inside including a brand new kitchen, guest suite with a jaw dropping downstairs bathroom and beautiful new flooring. The back yard is a tropical paradise with lush landscape, palm trees, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, bar and exquisite grill area. Custom fish tank built into the Family room, 2 fire places, Pillars inside and out. Backyard gazebo. Downstairs executive office. Grand entrance in foyer. This venue includes use of the front and back yards, and 1st level of home. No overnights or access to upstairs. Please no entry to actual pool/jacuzzi. The venue can accommodate weddings, receptions, photo shoots, baby/bridal showers, and birthdays for attendees 25 yrs of age and over. Please no graduation parties. (SEE WEBSITE LINK BELOW)

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a bridal shower, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in its decor was stunning. It provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with celebration and joy. The layout of the house was ideal for our gathering. We had ample space for seating, mingling, and enjoying food and drinks. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to assist in our food display! The natural light that streamed in through the large windows added to the ambiance, making it feel both cozy and elegant. One of the standout features was the backyard garden area. It was beautifully landscaped and the gorgeous view provided a picturesque setting for photos. The bride-to-be was thrilled with the charming outdoor space, which allowed us to host a portion of our event outdoors. The hosts, Greg and Marie, were incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the booking process. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make the bridal shower a memorable occasion. In summary, this house was a gem of a find for our bridal shower. It provided a perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests were thoroughly impressed. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming space to host a special event. It made our bridal shower truly magical, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful Time - An Eventective User from Carlsbad

This was such a beautiful venue and location! The hosts were so wonderful and accommodating. They were super helpful and made the day even more amazing! My sorority absolutely loved their time there and could not have imagined a better retreat. Will definitely be looking to have our future retreats here as well! Wonderful experience overall. As a sorority it is so hard to find venues willing to host us. Would highly highly recommend!! The pictures are great here as well and a lot of space!

The Best Choice We Made for our Wedding - An Eventective User from Carlsbad, California

From the very first second we stepped on the property and were greeted by Greg and Marie, we knew this was the perfect place for our wedding. Greg and Marie are not only kind and generous, they are also exceptional hosts and professionals. Leading up to our wedding, they were gracious in allowing us multiple site visits with our vendors to finalize details and coordinate walk-throughs before our big day. Throughout the process, Greg and Marie went above and beyond to make sure we were all on the same page as our plans came together. They are encouraging, empathetic hosts whose guidance and assistance in the process have my husband and I already thinking about the next party we can plan there! Not only are the hosts amazing, but their home is the most beautiful and perfect setting for the most special of special events. The view from the back yard is magnificent while the front elevation of the property exudes elegance. If you're lucky enough to have found this venue, book early!

Wedding Reception - An Eventective User from San Diego, CA

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Carlsbad Event Home. After all the festivities were over, we were so pleased we had the opportunity to work with them. The owners Greg and Marie were so warm and welcoming into their home the times we visited for planning purposes prior to our reception. They were very flexible and accommodating with our needs. We definitely would love to hold another event at this venue soon!

Extraordinary - An Eventective User from North Conway, NH

We rented the Carlsbad Event Home to host a four-hour wedding rehearsal party for our son and daughter-in-law. We had approximately 55 guests. The event was in early July. The venue was beautiful and the owners of the home were amazing! Marie and Greg were extremely helpful and went to great lengths to ensure our event was perfect. The house was in pristine condition, and the views are amazing. Marie and Greg helped us find food and table vendors, and they assisted us in getting ready for the event. We are so happy we went this route instead of hosting in a restaurant. Our guests loved the celebration, and the Carlsbad Event Home was perfect to kick off our special wedding weekend with our family and friends!

It was my dream venue! - An Eventective User from Carlsbad, CA

This event home is in a great location, beautiful inside and outdoor areas, outside garden with gorgeous surroundings, intimate, plenty of space and parking, and with a sunset view. This was the perfect place to have my party! My guests can't stop talking about this place!! My tables, chairs and tent fit perfectly outside on the driveway and the garage was ideal for my DJ and dancing. And the owners of the home were amazing and were so incredibly helpful the entire way through. They were attentive, had great customer service and cared about making my night special. I highly recommend this Carlsbad Event Home for your next event!

My Wife Barbie and I had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception here. The back yard has an awesome view, there was plenty of room for our 50 guests and the owners Greg and Marie were awesome hosts. I would recommend this Carlsbad Event Home to everyone looking to have an amazing experience.

I've done 2 video shoots at this location and its amazing, I mean amazing. If I could shoot here all the time I would not just because of the location but the people that own the location. Greg and Marie are amazing, you can't find better host. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an easy and great time. Love this place and even more the people.
